Collection of lunch and milk payments

Please Note:  Failure to order Hot Lunch on Friday means you must brown bag lunch for the week.  Thank you for your cooperation.  

Due to the increase in enrollment, it becomes harder each year to collect and record lunch money.  We need every parent’s cooperation every week to help us do this job quickly and efficiently.

This year we will continue to collect lunch money on Friday for only one week at a time.

Daily lunch is $1.75. We ask that you put the envelope, properly noted, (see sample) in the brown envelope when you return it each Friday morning.  You will get a menu every month but you will only pay in advance for lunch (which includes milk) for the days you wish to purchase it, one week at a time.  Milk may be purchased for $.40 daily.  This will be paid in the cafeteria.  Therefore, no record keeping is necessary.  Credit for absence can be picked up the following week just by noting on the envelope the dates of absence.

 Doubles (entrée only) may be purchased for an additional $1.25.

We ask and we hope that all parents will follow this procedure every week.
